Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

Filterbuy accepts major payment methods supported through Shopify checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Available payment methods may vary by device, browser, location, fraud review, and checkout configuration.

Currency

All prices and order totals are displayed in USD unless a checkout page states otherwise. Customers are responsible for any charges from their bank or card issuer, including foreign transaction fees where applicable.

Sales Tax

Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated during checkout based on the order details, delivery address, and current tax rules. The tax amount shown at checkout is part of the final order total before payment is submitted.

Security & PCI Compliance

Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment partners. Shopify checkout is PCI DSS compliant via Shopify, and full card numbers are not stored by Filterbuy Retail LLC on our own systems. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for order and payment-related records.

Authorization Holds

Some payment providers may place an authorization hold when an order is submitted. If an order is canceled, declined, or not completed, the release of any authorization hold depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days.

Failed Transactions

A transaction may fail because of incorrect card details, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, expired payment credentials, fraud screening, network issues, or payment provider rules. If payment fails, the order may not be accepted. You may try another accepted payment method or contact your payment provider for more information.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, including the 30 day damaged-or-wrong-item-only rule. Contact support@clytro.shop with your order number if you have payment or refund questions.
