1. How long does shipping take?
Orders normally require 1-2 business days for processing and 4-6 business days for delivery after processing. Under normal conditions, the combined estimated timeframe is 5-8 business days from order placement.
2. Is shipping free?
Yes. Free Shipping on All Orders is available for eligible orders shipped within the US. The shipping options shown at checkout apply to your order.
3. What's your return policy?
Our return policy is damaged-or-wrong-item-only. You must contact support@clytro.shop within 30 days of delivery if the item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item.
4. Can I return an item I changed my mind about?
No. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted under the current damaged-or-wrong-item-only return policy unless required by applicable law. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
5. How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, we send tracking information to the email address entered at checkout. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact support@clytro.shop with your order number.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through Shopify checkout. Available methods may vary by device, location, and checkout configuration.
7. Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship within the US only. International shipping is not available at this time.
8. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout, which is PCI DSS compliant via Shopify. Filterbuy Retail LLC does not store full card numbers on its own systems.
9. How do I contact customer support?
Email support@clytro.shop. Our support team responds within 1-2 business days during Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. Include your order number when the question relates to an order.
10. How do I request a refund?
Email support@clytro.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damaged item or wrong item received, and clear photo evidence. Wait for support instructions before sending anything back.
